The history of the food truck, also affectionately known as the “chuckwagon”, begins in Texas, USA, in 1866. However, it is at the beginning of the twentieth century that the 1st Italian food truck, with the contribution of an extraordinary Made-in-CB planetary chicken-spit, writes an important chapter in the company’s history. This same rotisserie, which enhances the attractiveness of the food it displays, is still today one of CB’s best-selling products.
